There are many important factors to consider in choosing the best Home Healthcare Provider to meet your needs.

It is important to ask the appropriate questions the initial meeting:

  • Is the service provider, an approved Medicare provider?
  • Is there a written plan of care for the patient’s treatment?
  • Is this plan updated over the course of the treatment?
  • Does the service provider educate the family members on the care being administered to the patient?
  • Is the patient’s course of treatment documented, detailing the specific tasks to be carried out by each professional?
  • Are supervisors assigned to oversee care to ensure that the patient receives quality treatment?
  • Does the service provider have a nursing supervisor on call and available 24 hours a day?
  • Does the service provider ensure patient confidentiality? How?
  • How are employees hired and trained?
  • Does the service provider require criminal record background checks and communicable disease screens for its employees?
  • What is the procedure for resolving issues that may arise between the patient/family and home healthcare staff?
  • Who can you call with questions or complaints regarding patient care, caretaker issues or general questions?
  • What happens if a staff member fails to make a scheduled visit? What should the patient do in this situation?
  • Who does the service provider do if the staff cannot come when scheduled? (i.e. patient or family member)
  • How does the agency handle billing? (i.e. will I be billed for services?)

You just need to contact Naysan Home Health care and make an appointment. We are happy to visit you at home to discuss ways we can help and then, once you have decided, you simply leave the rest to us

We do offer specialised chronic care programs that focus on actively involving you in your health care process, addressing conditions including:

  • Heart disease
  • Diabetes
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Pain management
  • Wound care
  • Infusion therapy

What can I expect on the first visit?

  • On the first visit, a nurse or therapist will conduct an initial evaluation. At Naysan, this thorough interview and evaluation are part of our coordinated approach to managing your overall health status.

Will Naysan create a care plan just for me or my loved one?

  • We will communicate with your doctor to discuss the assessment and work together to develop your personal plan of care.

We agree a ‘Care Plan’ which details exactly what you have instructed us to do. This then becomes the work list for each day.

We understand that care may need reviewing from time to time. This is why we carry out reviews on a regular basis and why we are pleased to hear from members of the immediate family about effective methods for delivering the care service for their relative.

The frequency of home health care visits and the services provided are based on your doctor’s orders in your personal plan of care.

Every member of the Naysan Home Health Care team has been through a rigorous selection procedure before they start working with us.

We take a considered and comprehensive approach to ensuring that your care service is exactly what is required. After every visit the care worker will write the details of activities undertaken during the visit in the care record (which is retained by the customer). In addition, the customer is asked to record their satisfaction by signing the care worker’s timesheet, which is returned to the Naysan Home Health Care office each week for checking.

Our offices are normally open from 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Aside from this, we operate health line ( No: +91 972346 3444) service which is manned from 8am to 8pm.

A care package can be set up within 48 hours of an assessment and in some circumstances we can provide care on the same day. Call or email us for further details.

Our aim is to establish a long-term relationship with your loved one. Should your family wants to request another staff for any reason, we’ll search for a match until your family is happy and satisfy.
